Sharie Denise Millsap, a native of Columbus, Georgia, currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama and operates as the Administrative Director of Cultivate 4 (C4) Mentoring Program. She oversees the operation of the program, from the intake process of mentors and mentees, communications and parent portal, and handling all events and outreach initiatives. 

 

An honors student and graduate from Birmingham City’s Woodlawn High School, her vision within C4 Mentoring Program is to ensure the program’s efficiency in connecting our youth to their purpose.

Sharie Millsap is an alumnus of the University of South Alabama, where she received both her degrees in Health Sciences in Management and Speech and Hearing Sciences for Speech Pathology. She has participated in several internships with the Mobile County Public School System, by working with children to make sure they receive the best education.

 

She has worked with several organizations and youth groups in Birmingham, Alabama to help better the lives of our youth. Sharie has held various positions within the Birmingham City Public Schools and has been recognized and awarded numerous certificates within the school system for her countless volunteer work hours. She has also worked with the Youth Ministry at her church. Sharie is a mother of two and has a passion for helping people.
