Born in Hartford, CT, Leaveil Binion moved to Alabama during his teenage years where he graduated from Tarrant High School and went on to serve in the military after high school. Throughout his distinguished military career, which included multiple combat tours to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait, Leaveil honed his leadership skills and developed a keen problem-solving expertise. After leaving the military, Leaveil spent over 6 years in a leadership role at a Fortune 500 company, where he established a record of excellence as a team leader and problem solver.

 

Aside from his professional achievements, Leaveil is also a proud husband and father of five children. This deep sense of family, along with his commitment to his community, led him to found Cultivate 4 Mentoring Program, an organization dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and encouraging inner-city youth to discover their purpose in life. Leaveil is a firm believer that the youth is the key to a better future and that providing them with purpose through exposure to their interests and cultivating their passions is a crucial step in unlocking their potential.
